You know how little girls look to their Daddy's to solve any problem they have or fix anything they brake, or make their tears turn to laughter. Well I am all grown up and I still think those things. My Dad is the most amazing man (along with my husband who is also so amazing). He is selfless, happy, always ready to help someone in need and there for his wife and kids whenever they need him. My Dad is my hero.In these last six months he has learned that he has prostate cancer and severe sleep apnea. On monday he had major surgery to remove the cancer, he was so brave. Hours after this major surgery I got to go see him, I was a little nervous to see my Dad in recovery, I did not want to see him suffer, but there he was looking so brave and happy, cracking jokes to the nurses with his needles and tubes poking in and out of him. Along with the mask over his face for his sleep apnea. I just feel so lucky to call him my DAD. I love you very much Dad!

Such a sweet tribute to your papa! What would little girls do without their daddy's? I wish him a quick and speedy recovery!
